I am extremely excited that I have next Sunday off so I can attend the launch of okayafrica in Prospect Park. The free event not only features live music from the Roots, Talib Kweli (meh) and DJ J. Period, but will be hosted by Sahr Ngaujah, one of the two dudes who plays Fela Kuti on Broadway. Next Sunday also marks the end of the World Cup, so I'll have my vuvuzela ready. See you there!
